These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of KalaSquare (a venture by Delhi Info Media Private Limited) accessible at https://kalasquare.com.

By accessing or using KalaSquare, You agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • Company/We/Us/Our: Refers to Delhi Info Media Private Limited, operating KalaSquare.
  • Service: The KalaSquare platform and all related services, including artist discovery, talent management, influencer marketing, and event collaborations.
  • User/You: Any individual, company, or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
  • Content: Any media, information, or material (including artist portfolios, images, videos, audio, performances) submitted, uploaded, or shared on KalaSquare.

2. Use of Service

  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • You shall not misuse artist content or engage in unauthorized downloads, redistribution, impersonation, or fraudulent activities.
  • Any violation may result in suspension or termination of your Account without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content on KalaSquare, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, and technology, is the property of Delhi Info Media Private Limited.
  • Artists retain ownership of their content but grant KalaSquare a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content for platform-related purposes.
  • Unauthorized use of Company or artist content may lead to legal action.

4. Payment & Refunds

  • Fees for memberships, subscriptions, or services must be paid as per the selected plan.
  • All payments are final and non-transferable.
  • As per our company policy, we do not provide any refund or return under any circumstances.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • KalaSquare acts as a facilitator between artists and brands/clients. We do not guarantee the outcome of any collaboration, contract, or commercial engagement.
  • We are not responsible for disputes, non-performance, or payment issues between artists and third parties.

6. Termination

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
  • You agree to resolve disputes first through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration in New Delhi, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised “Effective Date.”
